Black Panther Movie

Marvel is considering a movie based on the Black Panther, the black superhero created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. For those of you who are not familiar with the Black Panther, this superhero is the warrior king of Wakanda, a fictional technologically advanced nation in the heart of Africa. During the San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige was asked about what the company is working on after the Avengers movie hits theaters in 2012, here's what he replied:

"What happens after 'Avengers' is what's being discussed now. Obviously, you've heard about Doctor Strange. I've been a vocal fan of Strange for a long time. Black Panther, I think, I mentioned recently."

Actually Marvel has been considering a live-action Black Panther movie since the 1990s: at the time Actor Wesley Snipes was attached to the film, unfortunately the project fell in development limbo and got canceled...

But Marvel shows now a new determination to bring its properties to screen. So there is a real hope for a Black Panther movie to get done. And with all those movies about White superheroes around , a movie about the Black Panther, the first Black modern superhero in mainstream comic books, would strike a balance.

So let's hope that the Black Panther movie will enter into production as soon as possible! What actor would be fit for the role of the Black Panther? Any suggestion?
